He is a part-time lecturer, strategic facilitator and led the implementation of innovative solutions that are regarded as the first in his specialized environment.

Danielle Kritzinger


Danielle is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch. She has gained experience in the following:
o Strategic Human Resource Management within the wholesale and retail industry;
o Psychometric Assessment for selection and development purposes;
o The facilitation of Leadership Development programmes;
o Recruitment and Selection of graduates, entry level and managerial positions;
o Performance management;
o Development of interns based on a structured internship programme; and
o Create, coordinate and facilitate training programmes.

Anemie Franken


Anemie is a human resources management expert with extensive experience in:
o Strategic Human Resource Management within the manufacturing industry;
o Industrial relations, especially disciplinary processes;
o Management of Human Resources Departments;
o Recruitment, selection and onboarding;
o Policy development and implementation;
o Employment Equity; and
o Create, coordinate and facilitate training programmes.
